Now
Mental Health Now is an interactive forum where participants challenge perspectives, learn new tools, and call on a community of fellow learners to find hope and manage the complexities of life.

Meetings are based on partner needs. Participants generate the topics and our facilitators of awesomeness guide weekly conversations calling on best practices in mental health and personal development.

Forums are held in person or online depending on your needs and can be held over as few as 5 weeks and as many as 10.

One of the best ways to soothe stress is by creating. We know that students are getting ready for finals and that taking time to stop and talk about our health isn't the easiest thing right now.

We are here for you! Join us Friday in front of the Women's Building as we color in two giant coloring pages. Stay with us for the whole time, or just color one square.
