SPARROW is about empowering people. We work throughout the Pacific Northwest, with particular interest in rural communities, to fulfill our mission of making a difference. We are listeners. We are teachers. We are researchers. We believe in love and compassionate service. We believe in hard work and accountability. We believe in you. No matter where you are, or what obstacle you are facing, we are here to do it with you. Let's get to work.

Who do you want to be when you grow up?

Our Vision, and Creed

Vision

All people regardless of ethnicity, identity, income, or community background having  access to personal and professional skills that allow them true agency and opportunities to be self reliant and to help those around them.

CREED

Our Story

SPARROW was born from a dream and a desire to change the world. We want our 'nest' to be a place where kids, teens, and adults discover who they are and what they want to do with their lives. We work throughout Oregon, helping everyone, but we specialize in helping those who feel stuck in the middle. We use our superpowers in curriculum design and mental health counseling to create unique experiences tailored to help young people face their fears and to live a life full of wonder, hope, and hopefully some freaking joyful days. We know there is sadness, we are okay with that. Sadness reminds us we are human, but too much sadness is like sailing a leaky boat. There's a whole lot of life that needs living. We are here to help patch the boat and get you back on the adventure.
