Payment
Clients are expected to pay in full at the time of education and career services. Cash, check, credit/debit and Health savings/Flex spending cards are all accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation
Appointments must be cancelled by 5pm the night before to avoid being charged a cancellation fee (cancellation fee is equivalent to the cost of the session), unless in the case of an emergency.
Scholarships
Our goal is to maintain affordable counseling rates and provide services to all who seek them. We offer a limited number of scholarships please ask for assistance if needed.

What to expect:
Education and career advising really depends on what you need. Our counselors can help you map your next education move or help you recognize career skills to help you level up at work. Sessions tend to be goal driven, with the counselor working with you to develop a set of goals that are attainable but will make you stretch -- it's all about growth.
Our first session is about laying the ground work -- that's why we are taking more time. We'll talk about the past, present, and future. We will establish a roadmap for where you want to go and make plans for future sessions.

Subsequent sessions: Advising can take anywhere from 3-10 sessions. It depends on what you need. These are some of the areas we work in:
